Day 51: Goodbye until the next adventure

This is how I feel today - Mouse has the best place in the house, with her head on my pillow in the sun (when it shines)! Today is the second last day in May - exactly a month until we fly to NJ. Yeep! Pretty much a dark and gloomy day, 13 degrees, raining intermittently. It is the "Summer Splash" PTA fundraiser at school this afternoon - will be Splash, but not Summer! Gloomy too, as Mike is on his way back home. It was an awesome week, but goodbyes are always horrible. At least, the next time we see him we will truly be beginning the new adventure. Goodbyes are good too, as you appreciate hellos more! SO, here's to all the "hellos" in life, with less "goodbyes" and more "see you soons"!!
