"And now, this is the sweetest and most glorious day that ever my eyes did see" - Donald Cargill
Another stunning sunrise at Red Bank! Ever since we arrived here, we have been warned about the horrific winters with snow piled so high you can hardly open your garage door....so I have been bracing myself...the days have certainly dropped in temperature, and overnight is pretty cold, with early morning frost and frozen puddles, but there has not yet been a day that is not glorious! I am so grateful, but waiting with baited-breath for it to all fall over! I do hope that it doesn't mean that when real winter arrives eventually that it descends with a vengeance. (I have noted that around the suburb, our neighbours have lined their driveways with reflective poles so you can tell where the driveway is when submerged....do they know something that we don't??) About those snow-blowers...perhaps we should invest in one, just in case...
