"November is usually such a disagreeable month...as if the year had
suddenly found out that she was growing old and could do nothing but
weep and fret over it. This year is growing old gracefully...just like a
stately old lady who knows she can be charming even with gray hair and
wrinkles. We've had lovely days and delicious twilights" - LM Montgomery, Anne of Avonlea
Project 365: Day 221
We certainly have had the best weather that New Jersey could have offered us since we arrived here. We are at the end of November, and I can count the windy and rainy days on one hand since arriving at the beginning of July. By all accounts this weather is most unusual, and although the temperatures have dipped, I am certainly not complaining, and enjoying every moment while it lasts. I prefer not to think of disagreeable months! This is a very pretty farm just around the corner from home. The change of seasons have been a source of daily entertainment and excitement, I am never quite sure what view will greet me, and as everything changes so quickly, no two days hold the same view. I have thoroughly enjoyed the grace and charm with which the season has aged, and do hope it lasts a few more weeks!
