"My early childhood memories center around life in a small American town, including celebrations marked by fireworks and patriotic music played from a pavilion bandstand" - Frederick Reines
What would Labor Day celebrations be without fireworks. At the end of the relaxing fun day of listening to music in the pavilion bandstand, we sauntered back up to the Green at sunset for a grandstand seat to watch the fireworks. The pretty much typifies small town America. What a nice way to end summer, and to get back to the realities of the challenges of the schoolyear ahead with a bang!
